Whether you’re an individual or a couple looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence and assist you in the healing process. Take a look at the services I offer. I'd love to hear how I might be able to help!
Couples Therapy
You are a team. Let's figure out how to make it feel that way. I'll help each of you truly understand the other so that you can successfully navigate the relationship together. Learning your partner's language, understanding your own triggers and how they contribute to the dynamic, and working on communication will be some main areas of focus.

Some possible areas of interest:
* Healing from past hurts and rejection
* Difficulty communicating and feeling heard
* Loss of passion
* Differing needs for sex
* Infidelity
* Lack of connection

Individual Therapy
I'm here to help. I believe in working together to get to the root of what's going on and to reach some clarity.
Having done a lot of my own personal therapy, I know it can feel daunting, overwhelming, and just plain hard. Using a relational approach blended with some direct communication, insight, and humor, my goal is to make it feel like a safe place to navigate the ups and downs.

Some possible areas of interest:
* Feeling numb or overwhelmed on a regular basis
* Not feeling comfortable with who you are.
* Coping with relationship stress and/or the divorce process
* Anger and/or frequent irritability
* Social anxiety and generalized anxiety
* Wanting something different

Sex Therapy
Why sex therapy? Sex can be a resource for great connection, pleasure and joy. And sometimes it's not. I want to work with you to learn what "good" sex means to you. This often is different for everyone and entails building an authentic relationship with that part of you. We'll go over your sexual history, assess the concerns you have, and look at roadblocks preventing you from engaging in a way that feels good to you. Exercises to do at home in combination with talking through what's bothering you can go a long way.

Some possible areas of interest:
* Lack of interest/connection in sexual activity
* Differing needs for sex in a relationship
* Pain with sexual activity
* Feeling out of control with sexual behavior
* Wanting something more/different
* Gaining comfort with your body and sexuality
